The project coordinator, Dr. Barthel Engendahl represented GreensolRes at the 21st Green Chemistry and Engineering Conference in Reston, Virginia (USA) on 13th-15th June, 2017. The talk topic was „Hydrogenation of levulinic acid: From fundamental science to demo plant application“ in the session „Bridging the Gap: The Diverse Paths from Academic Discovery to Industrial Implementation for Innovations in Green Chemistry“. Around 50 people attended the presentation with a lively exchange during the podium discussion following the four talks of the session.
